1. Try yoga in the park.
Have a local park or even a beach you can jog to? Take a yoga mat and some good tunes and get your stretch on. There’s something about the fresh air coupled with the relaxing sounds of nature that take your yoga experience to the next level.
2. Use a park bench.
Something as simple as a sturdy park bench can be the key piece to your next workout. You can do squats, push ups, skip ups, stretches, dolphin kicks, etc. Bring some free weights and a bit of creativity and you can get a good sweat going while working every part of your body.
